Early Childhood Systems Strategy & Implementation

Jessica Adam is an education leader, early childhood strategist, and children’s author dedicated to helping children build strong foundations for lifelong learning, identity, and faith.

She currently serves as a Pre-K Reading Language Arts Coordinator with Dallas Independent School District, where she supports districtwide early learning initiatives, curriculum alignment, and professional development for hundreds of educators across one of the nation’s largest urban school districts. In her role, she develops and supports instructional systems designed to improve kindergarten readiness, strengthen literacy outcomes, and create engaging learning experiences for young children.

With more than 15 years of experience spanning teaching, curriculum development, instructional coaching, and educational leadership, Jessica’s work is rooted in a belief that early childhood education has the power to transform life trajectories and expand educational equity. She earned a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Illinois Chicago.

Jessica’s passion for educational equity was shaped early in life while growing up in Humboldt Park, Chicago, where she witnessed firsthand how access to quality education can dramatically influence opportunities and outcomes for children.

In addition to her work in education, Jessica is the founder of The Adam Collective, a purpose-driven organization focused on early learning, publishing, leadership, and intentional family resources.

Her work blends research-based educational practices with warmth, intentionality, and a deep commitment to helping children thrive academically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Universal PreK Strategy

Helping schools expand access; without compromising quality.

With the expansion of universal Pre-K in Texas, school systems are being asked to grow quickly—often without the systems, structures, and support needed to ensure long-term success.

At The Adam Collective, we partner with school districts and private schools to design and implement high-quality early childhood programs that are aligned, scalable, and built to last.

Because access alone is not enough.
Quality is what changes outcomes.

The Challenge

Expanding Pre-K is not just about adding seats.

It requires:

  • aligned curriculum and instruction

  • well-prepared teachers

  • strong leadership systems

  • consistency across classrooms and campuses

Without these, systems risk:

  • inconsistent instruction

  • teacher burnout

  • gaps in student readiness

  • misalignment with kindergarten expectations

Our Approach

We take a proactive, systems-based approach to early childhood expansion—ensuring that as access increases, quality, alignment, and sustainability remain strong.

Our work is grounded in:

  • real classroom experience

  • research-backed early childhood practices

  • practical implementation—not just theory

We don’t just design plans; we help you implement them with intention.

  • "Not only do we improve student achievement outcomes, we inspire the next generation of leaders to become who they were destined to be."

    -Jessica V. Adam, M.Ed

  • “Achievement gaps do not begin in high school. They begin long before kindergarten. When we treat Pre-K as essential, not optional, we change the trajectory of children’s lives.”

    -Jessica V. Adam, M.Ed

Let’s Build Strong Foundations

Universal Pre-K presents a rare opportunity to shape early learning at scale.

The question is not just how to expand; but how to do it well.

Let’s build a program that is both accessible and excellent.
